Technical Description
The watch features a 40 x 40 mm stainless‑steel case with rounded‑square Seventies lines, satin and polished surfaces, and a sapphire display back, rated to 100 m of water resistance. Its lacquered yellow dial is complemented by applied indices, twin chronograph registers, the signature Panorama Date at 6 o’clock, and a discreet power‑reserve display integrated into the left sub‑dial, keeping the layout visually balanced and legible.
Inside is Glashütte Original’s in‑house automatic calibre 37‑02, a column‑wheel flyback chronograph movement offering approximately 70 hours of power reserve and a full suite of functions: hours, minutes, small seconds, chronograph seconds, 30‑minute and 12‑hour counters, Panorama Date, and power‑reserve indication. The movement showcases traditional Saxon finishing with a three‑quarter plate, Glashütte stripe decoration, blued screws, and a skeletonised rotor with 21‑carat gold mass, all visible through the sapphire caseback. This example is paired with a black rubber strap and folding clasp, giving the colourful dial a sporty, modern frame that wears comfortably on the wrist.
