We provide free, fully insured express shipping on all domestic orders. Most in-stock watches ship out same or next business day, once payment has been verified. Every shipment is insured, tracked, and requires a signature on delivery for your protection.

Special Orders

Certain timepieces are labeled as “Special Order.” These watches are sourced specifically for you and may take 2–5 business days to ship. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way and notify you as soon as the item is ready to ship.

Shipment Timing

Orders placed before 2 PM EST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), are typically processed and shipped the same day. All timepieces are securely housed and prepared at our location to ensure a prompt turnaround.

Before any watch leaves our hands, it goes through:

• Confirmation of original box/papers (if applicable)

Packaging & Delivery

Your watch will be safely packaged and shipped via FedEx or UPS with signature confirmation. To protect against theft or loss, we only ship to the billing address or a verified shipping destination.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping! Please contact us before placing an order to coordinate details. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees in their country—even if the item is returned or refused.

Sales Tax

We collect sales tax on orders shipped to U.S. states where required by law. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your location.
