Pucks & Timepieces – Warranty Policy

At Pucks & Timepieces, we stand behind every watch we sell. We want you to feel just as confident wearing your timepiece as we are offering it. That’s why we provide a 12-month limited service warranty on all eligible watches.

What’s Covered

If your timepiece experiences mechanical issues related to the movement within 12 months of purchase, we’ll take care of it—either through repair or replacement—at no cost to you.

Common warranty issues we cover:

  • Significant timekeeping inaccuracy
  • Movement malfunctions
  • Manufacturer-related mechanical defects

Simply reach out to us and our team will guide you through the process of safely sending your watch in for evaluation.

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (light scratches, bracelet stretch, fading, etc.)
  • Damage from impact, misuse, or accidents
  • Crystal, bezel, bracelet, strap, crown, screws, or cosmetic finishes
  • Water damage from improper handling (e.g. unscrewed crown)
  • Loss of stones or external decorative elements
  • Third-party servicing or modifications (including sizing, polishing, etc.)
  • Shipping costs related to warranty service

Warranty Service Instructions

  1. Contact Us: Email us at pucks.timepieces@gmail.com or call (608) 440-8835 with your order number and concern.
  2. Send It In: We’ll provide shipping instructions and help ensure your timepiece arrives safely for evaluation.

All warranty service is performed by experienced watchmakers. If a repair isn’t feasible, we’ll work with you on a replacement or alternative solution.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Restocking Fee: Certain returns may incur a restocking fee; details will be provided during the return process.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Notes

  • Warranty coverage is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • We reserve the right to deny coverage if the issue falls outside the scope of our warranty.
