At Pucks & Timepieces, we aim for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely pleased with your timepiece, our return and refund policy is designed to be straightforward and hassle-free.

Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Initiate returns within 5 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Watches must be unworn and in their original condition, including all packaging, documentation, and accessories.
  • Exclusions: Special orders and "Price on Request" items are generally non-returnable. For exceptions, please contact our customer service team.

Initiating a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out via email at pucks.timepieces@gmail.com or call us at (608) 440-8835 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Prepare the Package: Securely package the watch with all original materials. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Shipping Returns

  • Responsibility: Customers cover return shipping costs.
  • Recommendations: Use a traceable and insured shipping method to protect your return.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Restocking Fee: Certain returns may incur a restocking fee; details will be provided during the return process.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Authenticity Concerns

If you question the authenticity of your watch, contact us immediately. A certified letter from an authorized dealer or the manufacturer may be required for verification.
