This MING 22.01 GMT Kyoto is a compact titanium travel watch that distills the brand’s design language into a layered, Kyoto‑inspired dial and sculptural 38 mm case. The muted grey‑green tones of the dial, luminous ring under the crystal, and dark green strap create a calm, architectural presence that really pops against your red backdrop. Offered as a full set with box, leather travel roll, and documentation, it is one of the most coveted modern independent GMTs on the market.

Technical Description
The Kyoto uses MING’s 38 mm Grade 5 titanium case, around 10.7 mm thick with a compact ~44 mm effective lug‑to‑lug and 20 mm lug width, giving it a slim, wearable profile that still has strong wrist presence. The case combines brushed and polished layers with MING’s signature flared lugs, a screw‑down crown, double‑domed sapphire crystal, and 100 m water resistance, making it genuinely practical for travel and daily wear.
Its multi‑layer dial starts with a grained grey central section and darker green outer ring, visually echoing raked stone and moss from Japanese gardens. Above this sits a sapphire intermediate dial that carries the GMT numerals, while the outer crystal has laser‑engraved hour indices filled with HyCeram X1 lume, creating a floating ring that glows in low light. Skeletonized hour and minute hands and a fine GMT hand keep the display clean and highly legible without breaking the monochrome‑green aesthetic seen in your photos.
Inside is the automatic MING 330.M2 calibre, based on the Sellita SW330‑2, running at 4 Hz with around 42–50 hours of power reserve. It offers central hours, minutes, hacking seconds, and a 24‑hour GMT hand that can be adjusted independently for tracking a second time zone—ideal for frequent flyers or collectors with family abroad. The supplied dark‑green leather strap, as shown in your images, complements the Kyoto colourway while keeping the overall look refined and understated on the wrist.
